Tape together empty plastic bottles according to your kids size, This is idea for less than 2 year olds.
Add a little plastic tray for the seat, i have placed bubble-wrap under it for a cushion effect
Cover it with any old cloth/t-shirt ... You can decorate it further as per your liking
