This is made with 3 bottle bases, held together with a straw like fold also from the center part of the bottle,and a bottle cap for its base.
Cut bottle bases, shape them like flowers, make a hole in the centre and use a straw folded from the bottle body to hold them together. Use glue if required to place them at required levels
