My little one saw someone rake leaves in the garden and wanted to do just that. I made her a rake with plastic bottle and gave her some paper leaves to work on...she absolutely loved it.
I love to create tiny pieces of craft, especially reusing anything and everything I find in the house. Now with the arrival of my daughter, in addition to crafts I experiment with little toys and activities for her.

XMas Tree - Recycling Plastic Bottles
Cut Plastic bottles in the shape of a flower like shown below
Make sure the size of flowers is concentric and the sides are flattened, I kept them under a mattress to flatten them.
Fix them one by one into a kitchen paper roll holder.
For finishing touches on top, add a few strips cut from the bottle.
The base would be the remaining part of the bottle filled with bottle caps/paper for giving the tree a good balance. I have painted the bottom parts green and left the top ones while for a show capped effect. The only decorations you can have are the light weight ones. I have used silver coloured gift wrapping paper cuts.

Jewel stand

This is made with 3 bottle bases, held together with a straw like fold also from the center part of the bottle, and a bottle cap for its base.

Cut bottle bases, shape them like flowers, make a hole in the centre and use a straw folded from the bottle body to hold them together. Use glue if required to place them at required levels

Plastic tray
Just cut a plastic water bottle right through the middle after removing the top and bottom portions, and you have a decent fruit tray for your fridge.
